Since they have to be in the water, the barrel only works if you toss the person there, and since it would be fairly easy to rip the barrel apart for both Enel and Kizaru, it doesn't really work either way.

Actually enel reflexes is faster than kizaru... enel is an acrobatic man... though kizaru is faster because of his DF but enel is faster in reaction time... that is mantra is for... actually not all type of water weakens DF user only seawater... that whiskey of yours lol was drank by luffy by several times... when they have party luffy drinks that... also brooke loves to drink tea and tea has a water on it... Anyway if normal water is thrown to enel like that whisky of yours, it only makes enel stronger because water is a very good conductor of electricity... As i said before enel will just reflect kizaru attacks with his golden staff... kizaru is at disadvantage.... I say fight kizaru like a man! dont use barrel theory lol...  1,000,000,000 volt  10,000,000,000 volt  FEAR ENEL POWER!!! Even Zues god of Olympus controls lighting haha!
