Actually enel reflexes is faster than kizaru... enel is an acrobatic man... though kizaru is faster because of his DF but enel is faster in reaction time... that is mantra is for... actually not all type of water weakens DF user only seawater... that whiskey of yours lol was drank by luffy by several times... when they have party luffy drinks that... also brooke loves to drink tea and tea has a water on it... Anyway if normal water is thrown to enel like that whisky of yours, it only makes enel stronger because water is a very good conductor of electricity... As i said before enel will just reflect kizaru attacks with his golden staff... kizaru is at disadvantage.... I say fight kizaru like a man! dont use barrel theory lol...

Once again they have to be in the water. Running water like rain and waves don't affect them, but if brooke was to jump in a tea bath then he would be weakened. So the water isn't thrown on them. The barrel is placed so that almost their complete upper body is submerged. Enel wouldn't be able to actively use his DF power after he's in the barrel. They are weak in any type of water. Oda specifically stated this in a SBS interview making it fact. Acrobatics don't make Enel automatically faster. Anyone remember when Kizaru fought Basil Hawkins and vanished before the guy would finish his attack, and was back the next instant. He is fast without shooting his beams first. If Kizaru had bad or 'average' reflexes he'd find himself off the planet whenever he goes lightspeed. So you can't say Enel has the advantage there. If they just fight using their DF powers the battle goes on until one of them slips up, or indefinably. That's why I like the barrel.
