Okay, I just checked out wikipedia, and I'm more confused than ever . THanks for the lightning fact though -- I love that kind of stuff. Anyway, it appears that the speed of the leader of lightning moves at 60,000 mph. However, the particles that make up lightning don't move even close to lightspeed because they move at drift velocity ang get all clogged up with each other, but the electromagnetic wave moves through the particles at light speed. So the particle's themselves really only move at about 3 inches an hours, the leaders moves at 60,000 mph, and the electromagnetic energy/wave moves at light speed. So after educating myself... I have no idea how fast Enel can move... but if we count him as an electromagnetic wave (which would be reasonable), then they're both the same speed.

If he's the speed of lighting, but in places where the electricity already exist i.e. himself,he can move at lightspeed. So he can't get to places as fast, but after he's gotten there he can move as fast. Hence there defense speed is equal, but Kizaru's attacks move faster. in other words, just based on df Kizaru would wreck Enel, but depending on how much stock you put in mantra Enel would be able to hit Kizaru and therefore win.

I think...I'm not quite smart enough for this kind of work.

either way mantra has to give him enough time to react. It's not like kizaru constantly moves at the speed of light. THen he wouldn't be able to control what he's doing. He thinks his moves ahead of time then does them. As demonstrated by the slow down before attacking after teleporting.

Kizaru's doesn't use Haki, does he? i figure it like this...Enel's df is somewhat more dangerous, Kizaru's fruit is a bit faster (kind of), but Enel has Mantra.

you got it backwards then ?you mean kizaru's is more dangerous ? mantra has nothing to do with enels fruit
