Jesus. All of you are speculating way too much with stuff none of you can prove. Enel and Kizaru can't win against each other under any scenario. The gold armor bit won't work because it's not reflective enough to deflect a ****ing laser beam. Kizaru can't simply blast a hole in Enel because Enel IS lightning. The only way this would ever go anywhere is if one manages to die from dehydration or starvation.

zorro shoes are like that but it does not work again kizaru shoes is not all made of rubber. if he want to strike effectively his legs must be in normal state or else he will be reflected

that seconds of your will be invalid if enel will turn his body to lightning... if he turn his leg to normal state he will get electrified...
