It doesn't have to do with his df. It's still an ability he has. Therefore something he would use.

No..electricity is an inherently more dangerous fruit because it hurts people upon contact, but Kizaru's fruit enables faster attacks. Mantra is entirely separate, and I think it is what would allow him to beat Kizaru.

I wouldn't say electricity is more dangerous....in one piece world light blows up lol. otherwise yes but according to oda no.

true, from what we seen enel also has more destructive attacks..but we haven't really seen kizaru be serious or need to get serious

True...but without haki it's pretty much all based on their devil fruits (which are relatively equal) and Enel has mantra... but you know what's weird... Aokiji is supposed to be stronger than Kizaru.

Enel does have the advantage that his df is destructive in defense as well, however can lightning hurt light? Wouldn't it rather amplify it, since electric charges creates light?

Anyway as i expected the poll is kinda close in votes .. I still cant decide who is stronger .. but as DV said they would own like 99% of One Piece (atleast the ones we have seen fighting)
