Enel or Kizaru ?

Of course light can hurt lightning, purely because what light does.. which... demands another long physics lecture. *sighs*

Lightning is essentially electricity travelling between two poles, yes? Electrons, to be exact. Light is... is... no one has actually really figured out what light is, but we call it photons. When these photons hits an electron circulating around an atom, they hit the electron into another circuit (am I making sense at all? XD).

In short, since light can affect the core of what makes lightning, surely light a light man can hurt a lightning man.

i slept trough most of my fizics(yes its spelled wrong i dont care) clases, but i remember something like that. but i think it was only at the electrons that where in a steady orbit around the core of the atom.
what if the electrons were also traveling and had a direct impact with the photons, that probably would mean enel could also hit kizaru back

i went with enel
kizaru could be faster but eneru proved that he can fight even without using with df against luffy(he was still beaten but still he gave luffy a hard time)

in my opinion... no one will beat each other...the fight will be endless...
since they can change they body to their respective element at will

even enel has mantra...and kizaru is faster than enel...the outcome will be desame..

unless

there's a different factor in each of them that will be advantage on another...

like haki user...or weakness of each respective element..

so that they can hit each other

I vote for Kizaru. At first I couldn't decide but then I thought that Kizaru is a freakin admiral. He probably has like 1000x more experience than Enel in fighting strong people with weird abilities, when Enel was just playing god to mere villagers in their small "sky" world.

Well yes Kizaru should be more experienced but on an SBS Oda said that if Enel was a Pirate he would have a bounty around 500.000.000 berri

That's totally true. Although bounty doesn't show power.
And that's the difference between them that made me chose Kizaru. Enel is not a pirate and doesn't have experience in the real world thus he probably is inferior to Kizaru.
