Enel vs Kizaru = Stalemate. Doesn't matter how much light blasts Enel around, he'd just reform, of course the same is true the other way round. So unless one of them has the ability to stop the others "elemental" transformation they'd end up being stuck at a stalemate.

vs. Everyone else = Kizaru, so far he's shown zero weakness', wheras we know Luffy can beat Enel.

i think Kizaru stronger because he can move faster,
and as for luffy , lightning doesn't effect on luffy but Kizaru's attacks can effect on luffy xD

so i vote for Kizaru :P
