Well I personaly think that Enel and Kizaru have the most badass DF's but i really cant decide on who is stronger in general ..

From what we have seen Enel has fully mastered his abilities and can even use "mantra" also when he can destroy an Island (combining his powers to his arc)

On the other hand Kizaru can reach light speed and can shoot beams!

LIght speed > Lightning speed

Well yeah but for "Solids" when Enel turns into his element his defense basicly becomes an attack.

Well they're both Logia types but when it comes down to it I think Kizaru is much stronger and faster than Enel

Speed is wieght, wieght is power...+ i'm a marine lova...so kizaru gets my vote...enel way great though

Well, if you're asking who would win in a fight then probably Enel because he is younger.

In terms of vs. other people... well... they both move at light speed, but Enel has mantra and a more dangerous element (his defense is offense, and other advantages as well).

So...Enel.

actually though most people don't seem to get this...light moves thousands of times faster then lightning

yes in terms of speed Kizaru is faster but in battle they can both be considered as extremely fast .. remember this thread isnt about who will win in a 1 vs 1,but to decide who we think is stronger.
Enel has the power of Lightning that is said to be invincible in the "one piece world" (robin said that out of all the DF's the Lightning fruit is considered invincible) + he has "matra" and his defense is devestating for solids (not Luffy since he is rubber).
But on the other hand Kizaru has a beam :/
