Ichigo would own him. It's so obvious. His power,speed,endurance,etc is way higher than Toushiro's.

I'm not sure what you mean by mismatch, it could apply to a lot of the "real" fights of the series...

It's a real fight unless they are playing Street Fighter IV or something. To put all these qualifiers on what is a "real fight" is kinda lame.
