Want your character in a One Piece story?

Even I start to run out of ideas for characters, so I'm coming to AC in order to get some new character concepts for my One Piece - World Reversion story. (I doubt anyone has actually read all that tl;dr shit, since you're all lazy. xP) My story can be read here.

All I ask is you fill out this simple skeleton and I'll decide to use your character or not. Depending on how much I like them will determine if they'll be a one time use character, a recurring character, or a possible new crew mate for one of the more important crews of the story.

You can specify if you would like them to play an important role of the story. It'll probably be one of the many things I add to the skeleton.

Alright, so that's all of the lists.

Pirate Skeletons are obviously for Pirates. Marines are for Marines. Revolutionaries are for characters involved with the Revolutionary Army. Their position will be whether they're simply a member or a commander. None can be a Leader because their only confirmed Leader is Dragon.

Citizens are for the normal average folk of islands and/or traveling the seas, but even they are important and have played a part in the adventures of One Piece.

The asterisks (*) mark required fields! Some of them are special cases, like Epithet and Bounty and may not be able to be filled out right away. That's totally fine.

*Personality: A chronic liar, a kleptomaniac, and a pervert. He uses his cuteness and small size to get close to beautiful women, either to steel their affection, or their valuables, depending on how he feels.
*Relationships: He distances himself from most of his crew, except for the female members, who he seems to get along with, yet he also doesn’t seem to see them as anything other than family.
*Abilities: Fruit-Fruit Fruit! Timmy gobbled down the Fruit-Fruit Fruit, an incredibly delicious tasting Devil Fruit. He now has the ability to turn water into fruit.
*History: Shipwrecked and orphaned at a young age, was rescued by a merchant sailing ship, which was later attacked by Pirates. He was taken in by the pirates, and has been part of the crew ever since.

*Personality:Cold and merciless.He is almost impossible to become friends with and doesn't show emotion much at all unless it's anger,or pity.He only cares about keeping 2 people alive,the one who raised him to be strong and his captain.Although he doesn't show it,he secretly cares for his entire crew and actually thinks of them as nakama.

*Relationships:Would protect his captain from anything, But doesn't show much liking in the rest of the crew even though he thinks of them all as nakama,maybe even family.

*Abilities:Ate the Teno Teno fruit which changes the appearance of the eater of the fruit to an image of what they truly felt in their heart when they ate the fruit.It also gives them the ability to learn and get stronger from each battle they take place in.Particular to this person he gained a cloak which is connected to his clothes/body.the cloak could harden to a diamond edge, and form any manner of things as needed for the situation. Anything from wings/glider to a razor sharp blade of cloth.He can also create a type of energy around his fists and legs.

*History:Redux was abandoned by his real parents as a child and thrown into the sea,this is where his heartlessness began.He was eventually found by a pirate crew and raised by the captain.He was taught to be strong and never allow people to disrespect those important,but he forgot all of this after that day.One day after combat training from a crewmate, he found a chest hidden at the bottom of the ship.Inside lay a purle and black fruit.He ate the fruit wondering what it was.The captain came down and saw the fruit was gone and tried to get Forte to spit it up but it didn't work.His appearance changed drastically and a cloak grew out of his back.He was shunned from the pirate crew by all but the captain and forced to leave.He secretly kept connections with the captain but the captain was eventually killed and that resulted in his cold heart.He eventually found BW and realized he was a reminder of his old captain and vowed to himself not to lose this captain.

the Metier fruit.....which is a french word synonym to Forte....as in area which one excels.......the only reason i put that as the name because the appearance resembles Forte/Bass from megaman.lol

I'd prefer it to be in the Japanese language, as that's what every and all Devil Fruits have been thus far. Perhaps you could locate a Japanese word for "Forte"?

Well usually how people do things in One Piece is they'll shorten the full Japanese word.

For example, Mr. 3's Doru Doru no me is shortened from Kyandoru, meaning Candle.

So Tenomono could be shortened to Teno Teno no Mi.

Shiba's father was in the navy, after a pirate escaped jail he killed his mom and dad, Shiba was taken in by the navy and he has a strong hate for pirates. While at see he was on a island when he came across a strange fruit, which was the henj henj fruit. He then discovered his heighten senses and strength, plus he could become a werewolf. He became promoted after bringing in several pirate captains. Hes know as the White Wolf by pirates and this strikes fear into them when they hear his name. He is the most feared Marine captain, him and his crew have never failed to capture a target once they set for him and he has only lost two crew members, one was drunk and fell overboard, the other chocked on an apple
