Chad has been in fights his whole life, it only became focused after his grandfather protected him and then even more focused when he became friends with ichigo.

Um...you realize ichigo can easily outrun uryuu right? I mean ichigo leans forward and he can catch up to a captain at full speed. (Check the movie's to see what i mean)

Sure he can rain thousands of arrows, but all chad has to do is put his shield over his head and he can walk right up to uryuu (while blocking the arrows) and fire off an attack with his left hand.

Not in intellect, and Ichi has imba growth and main character syndrome.
Fighting against people, Ishida was fighting against hollow and beasts, big difference.
The movies aren't canon.. and we saw in his other fights that even against privaron / espada he was fast, Chad just stood like a monkey..
And the spiritual arrows would just bounce off, as Uryuu just stands there shooting even more arrows he waits to get attacked, kay :O

1. Wrong dude.Chad was at #13 on the grade list or so, While Ishida was #1.
2. Ishida had his powers and experience before he even met Ichigo.
3. He would still loose.
4. Shuunsui could easily dodge those while sitting, even though Chad has improved, if he fought Shuunsui again, it would go the same way. Ishida would be able to dodge them too.
5. Ishida only need to shoot his arrow once trough chad's head,heart,etc. And he would die. Ishida can shoot up to 1,200 arrows every second.
6.Chad would not be able to block 1,200 arrows ea second, there's no way.
7.Chad would die before he could touch Ishida so it don't matter.
