Chad made Mosqueda look like a b*tch after he got both of his new arms, not only did he get Sondino/Flash Step he got an amzing defense, and a kickass attack. Ishida has gotten waaaaay weaker since the SS Arc. It is only fair to say he would stand no chnace against Chad.

I don't see how Ishida became weaker :/ I vote Ishida, but Chad is pretty strong too.

Ishida has a better bow and he has Steele Schneider. No way is he weaker. He's just had some unlucky oppenents that were able to take away half of his power away.

Yeah, I'm sure he could still one-shot Mayuri -.- He was stronger with the Glove, his new bow fires 10,000 useless arrows.
