doesn't seem like it because if you remember when sasuke used that snake, all he did was cast his eye's genjutsu on it and it acted on his will.....so I mean one would assume that all you need is sharingan and be well talented in genjutsu to control these beast .....I am just waiting for more manga cause I want to see exactly why the sharingan is able to control the tailed beast when its suppose to be the brother of the byuakugan and the byuakugan can not | |

First of all sharingan and byakugan are not brothers. Second of all you it does take more than just a genjutsu to control bijuu, mind you i said control.
