I know this won't happen in the anime, but think of it for a fanfiction or something. Would she end up with either Luffy or Sanji? I vote Sanji, because I like these two together, always have.

Luffy and Nami are most definitely not a canon couple. Same as Sanji and Nami aren't. The only SH crew member part of a canon couple is Usopp (with Kaya).

Also please note the difference between cannon (which is a weapon) and canon (which is a word used to described something that's... hmm... generally accepted as the truth and/or generally seen as "must know") (For example the literature canon would consists of classics such as War and Peace and The Process and other dusty must-read volumes XD)

ZoroxSanji ftw, sig and rag have convined me that zoro is gay

other than that there isn't any romance in the crew
which is a good thing cause romance in long-running anime is dragged-out and lame
most notable examples

naruto-sasuke(oh yes, i almost consider this one canon

for some weird reason i always thought zoro and nami would go good. they never click as being couple material but in my mind it would forever be zoroxnami
