I think Luffy would be first, can't beat gear 2nd

Second would have to be Sanji and Zoro.

I consider them about even, in the Enies lobby arc, Zoro and Sanji both fought someone with similar fighting power. Not to mention Jyabura had more experience with his cursed fruit power, and Chopper stated that carnivorous type fruit users were more dangerous, so I think that would make Kaku and Jyabura pretty even. Sanji also defeated his opponent much quicker, despite being all hurted from the Kalifa fight. Discuss this if you want in your own terms, but this is my view.

Fourth would have to be Franky

Fifth Robin

Sixth Chooper

Seventh Nami or Usoop 0_0
