I consider them about even, in the Enies lobby arc, Zoro and Sanji both fought someone with similar fighting power. Not to mention Jyabura had more experience with his cursed fruit power, and Chopper stated that carnivorous type fruit users were more dangerous, so I think that would make Kaku and Jyabura pretty even. Sanji also defeated his opponent much quicker, despite being all hurted from the Kalifa fight. Discuss this if you want in your own terms, but this is my view. Also, in the whole Kuma incident, it was Sanji and Zoro standing in the end, so there is no question that both of them are the strongest in the crew.
