I'd say he should go up to the opponent criss-crossing with his insane speed then shunpo right up to the guy and do a heavy swing to get the guy to block it with all his power. While the guy is still struggling to block the heavy attack fire a getsuga tenshou in his face. That's close range.

For long range he should fire a beam of reiatsu from the tip of his blade like he did when he first yelled bankai while swinging Zangestu around with the tape on his grip.

Well it's a good idea but there are two weak points:
1. You mean that thing that we saw once and then never again? Yeah, he should. At least he was faster than 1-armed Grimmjow...

2. I think that was a one-time effect of his bankai release. It'd be a good tactic but I think he simply can't do it.
