I hate him btw. His bankai sucks! he was awesome when he couldnt control his inner hollow and used to beat the shit out of anyone with it.

Well,, i can be a realy good bankai, but on the other hand it sux. Cuz if he uses it in a clever way he could counterattack his opponent all the time so his oponent will get owned. But it sux cuz it just boosts his power up. He is quicker and stronger, and with his hollow its exactly the same. Thats just sad, i just hope we will use it in the futere in a better way.

hey i just hope there is some kind of hidden power we dont know about cuz if there is nothing more to his bankai ill be very disappointed.

His bankai atm = speed boost, getsuya tenshou (normal + attached to sword)
Mask = speed and power boost.
He uses what he has fully - using getsuya / mask to nullify / lessen attacks to him. His reflexes help him 'counter'.
But meh, how do you think he could use it in a 'clever way'?

There's no clever way. He just needs to master it. A bankai that supposedly boosts speed, but almost every shinigami and arrancar can outspeed him just doesn't make sense. And he needs to develop new moves. It just doesn't do anything atm.
