1. Beck and Yankee (week 2 top voted) are not taking part because competition was cancelled due to...
Why do I have to explain that!?
The Penguin alliance decided week 2 sucked => no poll place
there are only 10 options too *cough*

2. This is an open poll so that it will be easier for me to track traitors etc.
3. This is a multi quote, because sometimes it's too hard to choose (not for me, but...).
4. This is being held after a user suggestion, so if you find this competition meh, kick undead slave

5. This comp. will probably happen again after next 10 MOTW

Yes, this is absolutely unfair to mix runners and completed, long and short manga, so suggestions are welcome?
