Nah. That's very improbable, and it's also kinda... unrelated. I mean what if? It'd make no difference in his connection to HM(which I think were completely self-established btw).

Aizen doesn't strike me as a follower. His ego is too big to take orders. He may have some secret weapon stashed away, but there is no one above him in terms of authority.
