Does any one know when the next season soposed to start? cause I can't wait to watch it. Hajime no Ippo is one of the greatest animes ever. VERY intertaining. I can't believe they finished new chalengers so quickly.

I don't think they have revealed anything about the release date as of now. A sequel to New Challenger is being planned, that's all they have said as far as I know. :S

that was so long ago it seems to me that it might be out sometime next year. they might do a movie or ova for the fisherman vs. fisherman fight. but then again it's all speculation.

ye Hajime Ippo is a great anime! to bad it will take a while for the next season. Well i guess i could try take on the Manga while waiting!

well, according to the manga the next arc is the flashback arc.

now THAT i could see getting made into a movie/ova.

as for the next season, the earliest i'm thinking it could come out is the next fall season, but i'm not very confident in saying that.

yeah the whole flashback for coach and nekota back after ww2 so it'll be good but that's not what i'm waiting for.

I'm waitin for the 2nd world title match for takamura verses David Eagle. that's gunna be epic.
