Acutally chopper is 15 and i agree that he is the smartest but im having second thoughts about robin because she became an archaeologist at the age of 8.

Chopper's had the opportunity to fill out his potential like Robin did so it doesn't really matter that he's 15.

What are those numbers yang?

the numbers are IQ range guesses (IQ=intellect quotient)

well i would still say that robin is the smartest and most knowledgeable in general...i would disagree about choppers opportunity.

Most IQ tests don't really go up to 250

... but I can definitely see why he'd rank Chopper so high.
