It's hard to measure intellect in a cartoon, really. Even though Chopper is a freaking doctor........ gona go with Robin the bookworm.

Nami is the navigator so she knows where they are going, but Robin has a lot of information..hard to decide xD

Robin (Able to read poneglyphs)
Nami (Reading weather and navigator)
Usopp(Able to create weapons and great tactician/sniper)
Chopper(Able to heal almost every disease)
Franky (Shipwright and able to build ships)
Zoro (Ingenious idea in putting a sword to his mouth and creating San Tou Ryuu, Penalised for directions problems)
Sanji (Help a lady and fight)
Luffy (Everything is a mystery to him, simplifies all information into " So we just have to kick his ass" and "Mystery _____"

Brook not classified since he doesn't have a brain jk jk but he hasn't been present for much episodes.

what about Chooper hes a doctor?
Franky hes a Carpenter that can build a flawless bridge in no time
Usopp he can build people weapons and invents things
and why did a lot of people choose luffy? O.o i mean really? lol

Chopper is the 'smartest' with intelligence cuz of his devil fruit.

Robin is the 'smartest' with common sense, 'street savy' & social/logic awareness.
