In my opinion, Hogback is one of the most, if not the most animated character in one piece. Not to mention the random high-pitched words/sentences that he blurts out

We'll see how this goes, it seems awfully pointless for it's own thread. I changed it to charater discussion, which should make it last a little longer! Anyways rofl, after the first few arcs I picked up the manga instead. This was pretty funny, the voice actor did a nice job!
