Vizards cause in my opinion they're so much stronger than Arrancar. For one they can still achieve Bankai and where their masks at the same time.

Vizard, still designing my mask, plus the arrancar speak too much spanish, I'm only just getting used to japanese for crying out loud!

I would rather be a Vizard, they have the combined powers of Shinigami and Arrancar. The only drawback is that the process is much more dangerous than becoming either of the other two.
