random Question: After a person goes into the new world, which is not controlled by the WG, whatever they do there doesnt matter to the marines and they wont raise or lower the individual's bounty due to that.

You think so? They have some influence there(marine headquarters and the holy land being right there) and if pirate beat a strong pirate it still tells the marines they're dangerous and deserving of a bounty.

I just thought of something....if Luffy wins this doesn't that mean marines are sorta....completely and utterly defeated.....I think a pirates bounty would be the least opf their worries if the world government was on the brink of destruction.

That would only really happen if the high ranking marines died. Otherwise they could probably just bounce back.
