Tobi keeping it on a down-low as a naive retard and all of a sudden introduced as the leader of the Akatsuki as well as the Uchiha-clan, Madara. Was this stupid? Do you know a better way to put it? Discuss.

I know this is only for non-readers, but I cant help myself to say that even if it seems a bit stupid/bad now, when you get to know more about him you'll understand that it was an ingenious plot twist, since many things will get connected to the story in ways you couldn't imagine.

Also I forgot to say, by putting "[SPOILERS]" in the title of the thread is like saying "non-manga-readers KEEP AWAY"...
So with this title no anime watchers will come in here.

I read the manga, but I was surprised when I first learned of it. You always knew there was more to Tobi from the get go. As for him being Madara, well he says he is... but you never know.

Just b/c he says it, doesn't mean it has to be true. When we see his face we'll know for certain, but until then, all we have to go off is his words. What's the point of wearing the mask anymore if he is Madara? We've already seen what he should look like, so it seems rather pointless to keep wearing it. If he's just hiding some scars, I think that would be somewhat of a letdown since the author is obviously trying to stir up some controversy regarding other possible identities. Keep in mind, I'm by no means hoping he isn't Madara, but it would not surprise me if he turns out to be some other character.

But he is.. Theoretically he's been able to awnser questions and explain things that's he planned out for over 50-60 years.. Im not gonna go into further detail.. because i dont care about this.. I know hes Madara and we don't really need to see his face to believe that he is..
