I agree with the top 3. D-Gray Man, Hellsing, and Bakemonogatari are all awesome. Watch them all!

Cool. The first 19 episode of KHR is just funny stuff with nothing serious going on. It starts getting really awesome at episode 20. Don't give up on it before then.
