luffy is the closes to the meeting point if rayleigh ddnt go to another island.its still unpredictable,i dont think kuma can manage to send him to SA,if he is already being controled by the marines.mybe buggy will help him and buggy crew lol

its not realy a haki,but not sure yet if he has,but its the same ability of luffy the one mihwak discovered,to make everybody around him as his allies,i think buggy that one too.

i think that this is an ability of luffy's personality not haki cause he is straightforward and true to others... buggy is neither honest not very good either but everyone loves him (except luffy whose haki is high)

you got it wrong.... i'm saying buggy's haki ability is to make others like him... luffy doesn't use haki to do that cause his personality helps

It was never stated that it's an actual powers to lure allies, It's just a hypothetical term used by mihawk but it's not actually a power. Just term used to explain Luffy's extraordinary personlity which let him gain a company or allies
