I voted sogeking because ive actually seen character development throughout the series.
The only thing ive seen learned from kisuke is that he used to be a captain and fought some 2 battles? As well as train ichigo o.o. So id rather go with someone i have seen developed.

well... i'm on urahara's side... barely

but i'd still rather have the people that vote be people who either are currently active or people who intend to become active. i have a feeling a ton of people are going to register just to vote and then never sign in again.

Mabey you could run a mods-only poll, then compare it to the general poll. Then you could see which shows are truly the best and which ones only attract the weaker anime fans.
