anyone realise that overnight (atleast for me) one piece jumped down 2 ranks from rank 1 to rank 3. now naruto and bleach is on top

i'm not saying those other two anime are crap, its jus one piece is so much better, how did it lose rank, and more importantly, why 2 ranks? anyone have a clue
