Do the Shippuden movies coincide with the story of episodes...... if so when does bonds come into play..... im at the part with sora attacking konoha????

Nah they don't. Nor does the Sora arc really, has nothing to do with the real story... well except for some background on the 12 ninja guardians, that's all.

You can throw all movies into the category of "Fillers" since they have nothing to do with the cannon and most of the characters display OOCness, such as the 2nd Shippuden movie kinda made Hinata look like a sasUKE-fangirl

they may be good, but they're completely irrelivent in terms of plot and character personality.
