Well, one of the reasons, I think, is because those cartoons/movies are already easily available elsewhere. You can buy/rent them easily (Netflix?), and there's already lots of pirating going on as well.

I mean, one of the reasons for even having an online community around these asian shows in the first place is because many aren't available elsewhere in the world, or in other languages.

Ah okay, i see your point. Could indeed well be that such is the reason they made the Drama part of AC. Oh well, one can only hope for more, not always sure to get it right. Btw, i just saw the intro of Johnny Quest again, awsome!

Don't forget: really pathetically english dubbed.

Sadly, I don't have Cartoon Network, but if a series is dubbed there is roughly a 95% chance of the dub sucking so much you just can't stand to watch it (or listen to it, rather). So, I think my previous statement is a safe bet.
