All the ones in the poll are atleast quite good.

I'd have to say the most overrated animes are Full Metal Alchemist and Shakugan no Shana

FMA - It was good, I enjoyed it but it's not as good as most people say it is.

Shakugan - It was awful, I hated it but people seem to like it.
