Well, there was some times where Vegeta was stronger than Goku, but they never fought during those times. They always fought when Goku was stronger.

I meant the rivalry between them, and how Sasuke is drifting towards the darker side, like Vegeta, while Naruto is on the lighter side trying to save him, sort of like Goku.
