Tite Kubo ( bleach)
Masashi Kishimoto (naruto)
Hiromu Arakawa (full metal Alchemist)
Mashima Hiro ( fairy tail)

For the low IQ people mangaka means.

Mangaka (漫画家) is the Japanese word for a comic artist or cartoonist. Outside of Japan, manga usually refers to a Japanese comic book and mangaka refers to the artist of the manga.

none of the above my vote goes to koji kumeta or well anyone else really, honestly there should be more other options in this types of polls, you know, for those who don't like generic battle mangas. Or George Morikawa because he made me love a sport I thought I never would and he has manged to keep a manga going for 800+ chapters which is pretty dificult as one would learn after reading bakuman.
