Ok, I admit, me too when they said "a anime about boxing" I was like ... bleeh... no thanks... I waited years to watch it... and I regret it so much! It was SO DAMN GOOD. You really get into the action, you surprise yourself taking sides and rooting for your favorites challengers... Great find!

Great action, tons of fun, great story and it's still airing =P

Detective Conan
One Piece
One Piece is a really good action series, and its still really funny. One of the funniest scenes I've ever seen comes from One Piece... It's where they introduce Brook. HILLARIOUS!!
Detective Conan is like CSI, but more down to Earth. That and the randomness, the side storys, and the neat conclusions are all a plus. It does get a little repetative, and the story doesn't seem to want to end, and the romances are always JUST out of reach... painfully so... BUT STILL it's by far my favorite anime.
You might wanna check out Yuyu Hakusho too.

Thanks for all the recommendations, I have seen all of COWBOY BEBOP and like it a lot. I took your advice and watched FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST: BROTHERHOOD. I have seen a couple of Fullmetal Alchemist episodes and comparing the two you can definitely see that FA is a lot "darker" than FA:B. Also FA:B is serious but has a sense of humor to it as well.

I've also seen all the episodes of GUNGRAVE and like it a lot, too.

I've seen the first episode of VAMPIRE KNIGHT and thought it was too girly for me....sort of reminded me of "Twilight" (ugh).

I've seen a couple of the SAMURAI CHAMPLOO but not all of them but I'll have to go back and check that one out. I have seen a couple of episodes of DESERT PUNK and liked it but I can't seem to find it here on AC. Does anyone know where I could find it?

As far as BAKA TO TEST TO SHOUKANJUU, I'll try it out.

There was one other anime that I like was Zero No Tsukaima. It was really funny and had that kind of adult edge to it (if you know what I mean, LOL). I saw all the episodes or the majority of them, I might have to find them again and watch them. But I again this is another anime not on AC.

So another question.....If there is an anime here that you guys have recommended, but it's not on AC where would you recommend to find it? Thanks again for the recommendations.

Id recommend Tokyo Majin and Darker Than Black, and Phantom; Requiem For The Phantom. All those 3 are awesome^^
