Mayuri was always cool, let's face it, if you can make a quincy pull into final form and lose their powers forever, survive their strongest attack with little more effect than saying "Oh look, my body's liquid, oh well, I'm off to resolidify, bye." AND poison them fatally in the process, you're pretty awesome.

And let's face it, he has the most awesome and intimidating zanpakutou release in the whole of SS.

mayuri as always been one of my favs, his attitude just rox + his bankai is unique and uber cool + his mask rox
..also what with hitsugaya being a top captain, he's one of the weakest even if he has more fans
