We start by the first word of the sentence and reply wit some words that is related to that word or will have make sense when you put it together or its just a funny word i dont care as long as you finish it..

the full sentence should be 7 words in total and the one who made the 7th word should shout out mileysboyfan is awesome or miley cyrus is hot and put a dot at the end. then start again with a new word
