According to the official website, Uki Atsuya announced that he is producing a sequel to Cencoroll, know for now as Cencoroll 2. He is now working on the scenario and the storyboard, which is similar in length to the first one.

oh good, i wanted to watch the first one but it seemed a little short at only 30 minutes, but now that theres a sequel i can watch them together
