Mmm I have all three console systems and I have come to a conclusion why I favour my xbox for multiplay games

You are free to do that actually, a reason why the new layout of the RP section is in simple wording. You can make a stand alone spar universe and manage it on your own, it can even be Bleach related. However for structural reasons it cant be hosted inside the FC section anymore, nonetheless you are free to do whatever you want in the OOC/Actual RP section.
