Nice talking to your self. Rock Lee uses his inner chakra to power up the puches, not his body muscles. If you heared well, the inner gates block chakra flow, if you open them, chakra will run smother and faster. So its not like Super Saiyan where u dye your hair to blond and get uber power. |
