no 4th seat can't, just he has most usefull shikai, awsomator any captain could kill a cleaner, it's just how little effort he put into it that was amazing

i would like to say soifon or yoruichi. if yu think about it, someone as fast as soion who has a death in two steps power, i'm pretty sure she could defeat kenpachi. and yoruichi is really powerful. i also think that kurotsuchi is pretty powerful. he can pretty much survive anything, and he has a poison ability, which i don't think kenpachi could escape. it all depends on the individual characters powers, and what powers their powers are best against. for example, szayelaporro pretty much could defeat anyone except kurotsuchi. btw, the 'i replaced all my organs and tendons with dummies before i arrived' part was pretty unbelievable... :L

Ichigo because he has something no one else does. The main Character God mod Cheat no matter who he fights he gets some crazy power up and beats them into the ground

The guy's immortal and it's not even clear if the Hougyoku has really abandoned him.

Before he got ridiculous powers, however, he seemed to be an even match with Kurosaki Isshin - maybe even weaker. But it's hard to tell since he was already injured (by Yamamoto-soutaichou and Ichigo) when that fight began.

umm... ichigo would win from main character stupidity, but i'd like to say urahara if he used a bankai (he says he has one early in the show, but never shows it)

Actually, unlike Soi Fon, I don't think Yoruichi has a zanpakutou at all. Have we ever seen her use it? In the past, the head of the Shihouin family automatically got to be second squad captain. I'm just guessing here but I think Yoruichi never went to shinigami school. I think she just had elite physical training as a member of the Shihouin family. Either that or her zanpakutou is what turns her into a cat...
