I know a guy that claims he was born on leap year so he cant get his licence till hes 64 lol I think hes lying though

Actualy they write march 1 in your birthsertificate if you are born on February 29th

I remember leap hour or was it minute lol really someone added a hour or a minute at some point this or last year i cant remember.
