Oh my gawd it's the Goatfather *bows*

This one is so hard. They were both such important "fathers" to Luffy. And the "father" characters are always my favorite (Spirit from Soul Eater, Date from Ippo). I'm gonna need to think about this one.

... And done. I've voted for both of them in every battle, but I'm gonna have to go with the One-Armed Bandit. I don't feel good about it though :'(
