I haven't seen Toriko, but that AMV was badass, and I like anything that comes from the DBZ school of ass-kicking.

I did watch Yakumo and weirdly can't remember it. The character design seemed a blatant Light (DN) rip-off and the plot must have been none too fascinating cause I had to check my MAL notes, which said I found it interesting at the time, but that Yakumo was a dick to the female lead who followed him around like a stalker. Good for one watch, but really unmemorable character. The AMV was basically the opening over and over and the rest were all romance themed.

I'm surprised that Yakumo is doing so well, I didn't think the show was that popular. Or is it in the lead because of the shoujo vote?
