Since the moment Crocodile and Ivankov met at ID a lot of stories were going on that Crocodile was a former okama or worked together with Ivankov for some time but, one theory sounds the most likely and that is that Crocodile was a woman.. It's been stated that Ivankov can change gender of person do to his DF from a male to female and opposite..

As you can see the picture can be deceiving cause he doesn't look too manly here as his personality would say so.. Also everyone remembers "One Piece ep. 0" introduction to "Strong World" movie.. On Roger's execution we saw some big shoots and 4 shichibukai's.. Mihawk, DD, Moria and Crocodile.. All of them were showing their face except Crocodile.. Thus confirming the theory even more that he was a woman, cause Ivankov stated that he meet him as a rookie..

am with you.. i like crocodile for who he is now..
but, if oda manages to pull this of somehow it could be one the greatest turnouts ever.. and he won't have 2187219 millions fans on his neck..

Hmmm I dont know if I totally got you wrong, but if Oda manages to pull this of somehow, it'll be totally un-Oda-ish. It'll be one of the lamest things to ever happen in anime. Come on son. Crocodile formerly being a woman and now a....it?!!! that would totally ruin every future scene with Crocodile in it for me. Crocodile is dope, and I love that he's going back to his pirate ways. But if he turns out as an 'it', it'll be a tradegy. Thats just disgusting and wrong in so many damn ways.
