Have you seen shakugan no shana season two?
Also I would recommend Gungrave, Chrono Crusade, and the Full Metal Panic triology,
and Full metal alchemist (which is separate from full metal panic)

I've got Vampire Knight and Kanon. Vampire Knight's a new anime that came out 3 weeks ago, so there's only 3 episodes. FYI -- The episodes come out on Mondays.
