Well So far i think I got the Whole Story Figured out ( up to 21st Century Boys)

1959 AD: >
Kenji's father faced a serious financial problem because his investment in bean was a major failure. At that time, Kenji was still in his mother's womb. Over a dinner, Kenji's father shared his worry about the unborn child and the financial situation. Kiriko, Kenji's elder sister, yelled out that she will take care of the unborn child like her own son.

1967 AD: >
Kiriko, Kenji's elder sister, took Kenji to eat Icecream at San Francisco Coffee shop after they just watched a movie, Son of Godzilla. Next to the San Francisco Coffee Shop was a bar called London bar.

1969 AD: >
Kenji, a 5th grade student, started his secret base. The founding members of the base were Kenji, Maruo, Yoshitsune, Keroyon, and Otcho

>
Otcho was the one inventing "Friend" symbol. The symbol derrived from a hand sign in a weekly Manga magazine.

>
July 20th, 1969 , today mankind achieved something never been done before. Apollo 11 lands on the moon. Donkey and Kenji watched live broadcast from Kenji's home.

1970 AD: >
Kenji, and friends now studying 6 th grade. Kenji loved the song 20th Century Boy by T. Rex. That's why he wanted to be a guitarist.

>
Mon Chan forgot to turn on Fish tank switch after he's cleaned up the tank in School Lab Room. He was too afraid to go there alone at night to turn it back off. So he asked Donkey to do it for him because Donkey doesn't believe in ghosts. That night Donkey saw something horrible. Horrible enough for him to jump off from the 2nd floor where the Lab is.

>
***ubei, Sadakiyo, and Yamane were the 3 kids that scared Donkey in the school lab. ***ubei's pretending to be coming back from dead. Donkey, who doesn't believe in ghost told them that it's simply a trick. ***ubei wanted to catch and execute Donkey, that's the reason for Donkey to jump off the 2nd floor.

>
The Japan World Exposition was held on March 15 through September 13, 1970. The location was Senri Hills, Osaka. Everybody in the class room wanted to go there. Donkey borrowed Kenji's bicycle and planned to ride there. He gave up along the way because it's just too far. Kenji' couldn't go because his father decided to go to sea instead.

The following people are those who atended the Expo.

- Yamane

1972 AD: >
Kenji, now studying 9 th grade. He's been saving his allowance for 4 months in order to buya guitar. At that time Kenji liked a girl name Yamanguji.

1973 AD: >
The 10 th grade Kenji loved to turn on rock music at his high school.

1980 AD: >
Friend and Mr. Pierre attended the same religious training.

1988 AD: >
Otcho was an employee at a trading company. He was missing for 1 week after an auto accident that occured in Thailand jungle. After his return from Thailand, he resigned from the company. He was reportdly seen in India and was on the way to Tibet.

1994 AD: >
Mr. Moroboshi , Kiriko's boyfriend came to say goodbye as he's sent to station in Kuala Lumpur. Shortly after, he was pushed off train platform by a mysterious man. Today is also the first day the mysterious man met Rena, Dr. Shikishima's daughter , for the first time.

1997 AD: >
Kenji converted his father's liquor store to be a franchise convenience store, King Mart. He also had to take care of his young nephew, Kanna.

>
Dr. Shikishima and his family were missing. In fact, he went to confront with "Friend" organization because he thought they kidnapped his daughter. The "Friend" group asked him to invent a giant robot in return.

>
Detective Chou was following a lead about the disappearance of Dr. Shikishima's family. He was able to tie the case with "Friend". Because he was getting too close to know the truth about the man behind horrible occurances, he was killed by his own associate, Detective Yama.

>
Maruo owned a gift shop not too far from where Kenji lived.

>
Keroyon was a Soba shop owner and he's about to get married this year.

>
A 24 years old Kanade Chotaro was found dead in a room full of machine parts. He was a student of Dr. Shikishima at Osanomitsu Technical College.

>
Donkey's dead. The funeral was held at his home. Police report stated that he commited suicide by jumping off the roof of a building where he was a teacher.

>
Mon Chan was a very successful career man . He's sent oversea to further his career after he attended Donkey's funeral.

>
Masao was Donkey's student at Musashiyama Technical school. He was a smart student. Later he attended Osanomitsu Technical College. One of his teachers there was Dr. Shikishima. Masao's a member of "Friend" organization. He's responsible for the death of Donkey and Mr, Pierre.

>
No one knew where Otcho located.

>
Kenji, Mon Chan, Keroyon, Maruo, and Yoshitsune dug out their "time capsule" which they burried bear the old bowling alley.

>
Yukiji worked in the security unit at Narita airport. Her partner was Blue Three.

>
This year there were several virus outbreaks. It started from Africa, San Francisco, and then Osaka.

>
A wounded man was searching for Kenji. The place he hid was God's residence. He wanted to tell Kenji about "Friend", the muder he commited, and the next target of attack. God thought of a plan to bring Kenji here by asking one of the homeless men to steal food from King Mart store. Kenji followed that man and finally met the wounded man. The wounded man admitted that he once was "Friend" member and was the one pushing Donkey off the roof of a school building. Donkey was the one who shook him to senses about "Friend"'s plan.

>
Kenji attended 169th "Friend" Concert. He wanted to demask "Friend" and tell the truth to the group. Kenji learned that "Friend" 's Kanna's father. That day, virus was unleashed on a comedy theatre.

>
Yukiji planned out a reunion for Kenji as it might a lead to know about who "Friend" is She, however, could not attend becasue she's busy at work. That day, Kenji met ***ubei who told Kenji that there was another person who knew about Kenji's secret base. That person was Sadakiyo,

>
After Kenji sent the drunk ***ubei home (Apartment # 606), Kenji paid a visit to Maruo's house. He asked Maruo about Sadakiyo. Maruo said Sadakiyo moved out after 5th grade. There was news about his death. Afterward, Kenji thought hard about the "Book of Prophecy" and realizaed that the next target was an airport. He immediately hurled to Narita Airport where Yukiji worked.

>
At the Narita Airport, Yukiji and Kenji met Majoume for the first time.

>
Majoume reminded them about the past that in the year 1969 the Narita airport wasn't even exist. In fact, the air port which was the target was Hanade Airport not Narita airport. At the same time, a plan to extract Kanna was being commenced. The plan failed. King Mart store was burned to the ground by one of the "Friend" group leader.

>
Kenji returned to his old residence. He dug out "The Book of Prophecy" which was burried under a tree.

>
Kenji and his family's now officially homeless.

1998 AD: >
Kenji went to Sanomitsu Technical College and learned froma clerk there that Rena, Dr. Shikishima's daughter, was working as a prostitute in Papaya Club.

2000 AD: >
Otcho lived in Bangkok Thailand. There he was emploed by a Japanese man name Isono. His main job was to help out prostitutes. He didn't particularly like helping cases involving drugs.

>
Otcho's being hunted down by Chaipon, the Thai Mafia boss, because Otcho was helping a prostitute under Chaipon's care, May. Otcho's not only helping the woman, he also burned Chaipon's drug. The girl he saved was later killed because she saw Manjoume's face.

>
Otcho received a phone call from Kenji. The mission was to save the world.

>
Before Otcho left for Japan, he went to Thai-Burma border where a drug factory's located. There he met one of "Friend"'s member (The same guy who burned Kenji's King Mart) Otcho put some senses to him. And the man helped Otcho destroy the factory.

>
Otcho returned to Japan and joined Kenji's underground rebel force.

>
Kenji paid a visit to Papaya club in order to meet with Rena, Dr. Shikishima's daughter. In fact, Kenji's been working as the store mascot, a rabbit, for quite somtime.

>
Gathered up 7 members, Kenji and friends are preparing themselves against "Friend". 6 other members are Yoshitsune, Maruo, Otcho, Yukiji, Mon-Chan, and ***ubei. Kanna and Kenji's mother were sent to stay with Mr. Yoshida at Yangamata.

>
December 21st, 2000 , Japanes Parliament building exploded. Someone set a bombe there. Many political parties suffered major lost except Yumin Party which held private meeting outside the building. Even the Japanesse Prime Minister was wounded in the hand.

>
December 31st, 2000 , a giant robot began to destroy Japan. At the same time, it's releasing the lethal virus.

2014 AD: >
The 17 years old Kanna studied at Shinokubo High school. She lied to her grandmother that she came to stay with Aunt Yukiji. Instead, she rented a small room at Tokiwa apartments. She earned her living by working at a Chinese restaurant, Jin Polo, which located in Kabuki Cho area.

God became a billionaire from his ability to fortell future. (Stock Exchange)

>
Detective Chouno's on a murder case which was commited in Kabuki area.

>
Britney Chan, a transvestite in Kabuki area witnessed a murder and a secret about the plan to assasinate the Pope. The murderer was a man in uniform. That's why Detective Chouno's trying to find Britney Chan.

>
Kanna, Detective Chouno, and Mariah met Britney Chan and tried to dave her. Detective Chouno thought he could use some help from someone he respected, Head of police Yama so he went and told everything. Unfortunately, Head of police Yama is one of "Friend"'s members. In the end, Britney Chan was killed by the police

>
Since the year 2000, Otcho was captured and thrown to jail in Umihotaru. There he met Kakuta, a young Manga artist. Later the two broke out of jail. With some help from Thai fishermen, they were landed safe and sound.

>
Masao was also in Umihotaru jail. His number was #13. In the year 2014, he has a new assignment, and that's to snipe out the Pope.

>
Koizumi Kyoko attended the same school as Kanna. She was interested in making a paper on the Bloody New Year 2000. By this year, Kenji and the band were branded as criminals. But Kyoko learned the truth from God.

Not a huge fan of the ending but other than that loved this story
