The OVAs follow the manga, but seeing as the OVAs are released like.. yearly or so? I thought I'd read the manga, and it's so good.
Lotsa gore and comedy.
I'm only half way through and really recommend it.

I've seen 3 OVAs and I'm not very impressed :X

I liked the artwork in the OVAs, thought it was really clear and crisp, the storyline was farfetched though :/ nazi vampires

So all in all, I think I prefer the anime story to the manga, so far.

well for the doubters it is an incredible mangas and tbh i think theres a fair amount of things in manga and anime less believable than nazi vampires, such a 12 year old blond ninja with super human abilities or ghost with swords that have special powers or even more so a kid that ate fruit and can now stretch his entire body to abnormal lengths but cannot swim

I just said farfetched, nazi vampires just sounds

plus the plot compared to the anime isn't as good.

you can read it as manga hut, and how can you say that when you havent read it all, p.s its way better than the anime, the anime was half arsed version of the manga
